Due to quality, safety, and hygiene standards for livestock feed, our products are non-returnable.

Returns or replacements are only applicable under the following strict conditions:

  • Damaged Product: The item arrived damaged or compromised during transit.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: The delivered item does not match your order details.

Eligibility & Reporting Window

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under the above exceptions:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • The cattle feed packaging must remain unused, unopened, and in its original state.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) alongside photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item delivered.

Replacement & Return Process

  2. Verification: Our team will review the submitted media and proof of purchase.

  3. Pickup or Return Shipping: Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item. If the return is due to damage or an incorrect delivery, DURGA FOOD PRODUCTS will bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Terms

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Upon approval, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Requests submitted after the reporting window.

    • Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or weather exposure post-delivery.

    • Feed bags that have been opened or tampered with.
